Our services are designed to provide guidance and recommendations for improving website search engine optimization. Results and rankings are not guaranteed.

4. Payment Terms

SEOAmplify offers the following paid products:

• Full SEO Report (PDF): $47 — Detailed PDF report with all issues, fixes, and keyword opportunities
• Full Report + Video Walkthrough: $97 — Everything in the PDF plus a personalized AI video walkthrough of your site's SEO issues

All purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase
• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at stephan@bestmarketingcompany.com
• Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be honored
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

All content, features, and functionality of SEOAmplify — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, software, and reports — are owned by FCMO.com & Best Marketing Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Report Usage: SEO audit reports you purchase are licensed for your personal or business use only. You may:

• Use reports for internal business purposes
• Share reports with employees, contractors, or consultants working on your website
• Reference report findings in your own marketing materials

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
• Use reports to create competing products or services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SEO recommendations provided by SEOAmplify are advisory in nature. Search engine algorithms are complex and constantly changing. We cannot guarantee any specific results from implementing our recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOAMPLIFY, FCMO.COM, BEST MARKETING COMPANY, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services
• Any actions taken or not taken based on our SEO audit results or recommendations
• Changes to your website's search engine rankings, positive or negative

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Disclaimer

SEOAmplify is not responsible for any actions you take based on our audit results or recommendations. This includes but is not limited to:

• Code changes made to your website
• Content modifications based on our suggestions
• Third-party services or tools you engage as a result of our recommendations
• Business decisions influenced by our reports

You are solely responsible for implementing any changes to your website and should consult with qualified professionals before making significant modifications.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEOAmplify, FCMO.com, Best Marketing Company, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content or information you provide to us

Arbitration shall take place in Corpus Christi, Texas, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
